Order Processing
Most orders take 1–2 business days to prepare before they’re handed off to the carrier. If you haven’t seen a “shipped” notification yet, it means we’re still packing your items with care. Should we encounter any hiccups—like stock shortages or address issues—we’ll let you know by email right away.
Once your package is on its way, you’ll get a second email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on all orders of sklynts or more to addresses in 12.99$. Here’s what you can expect after your order ships (note that holiday seasons may add a few extra days):

Unfortunately, we’re unable to serve U.S. military bases at this time—our apologies for any inconvenience. Also, each order can ship to one address only, so please be sure it’s correct before you complete checkout.
If Your Delivery Is Delayed
We know waiting can be frustrating. If more than 30 days pass without delivery, just let us know and we’ll issue a full refund. For any other delays, submit an inquiry on our site or by email; our support team replies within 12 hours (excluding weekends).
Before you reach out, please double-check around your home—sometimes carriers tuck packages behind plants or porch furniture. If the tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find it, you can also contact the carrier directly using the info in your shipping email. If they can’t locate it either, get back to us at info@sklynts.com, and we’ll jump in to make it right.

Address Accuracy: We aren’t responsible for packages that can’t be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email info@sklynts.com immediately—but if your order leaves our warehouse within 48 hours, we may be unable to reroute it.

Taxes & Duties: sklynts is not liable for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees your country imposes. You’re responsible for paying any charges assessed upon arrival.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it’s refused or unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts, sklynts reserves the right to cancel the order without issuing a refund.
