Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for size, style, quantity, or address mistakes after an order is placed—so please double-check your choices at checkout. If you realize you’ve made an error, you have two options:

  1. Cancel & Re-order within 6 hours of placing your order (see Cancellation below).

  2. Wait for delivery, then return the item under our Returns & Refunds policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Time Window: Orders can be canceled up to 6 hours after purchase.

  • How to Cancel: Email us at info@sklynts.com with your order number.

  • After 6 Hours: If you miss the cancellation window, your order will already be en route to our warehouse and cannot be stopped. You may still return it once it arrives.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked—if your item meets one of these conditions:

  • It arrives damaged, broken, or defective.

  • It is not the style, size, or material you ordered.

  • You received the wrong product or it differs from its original description.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Worn, washed, or altered goods.

  • Products missing original tags or packaging.

  • Minor imperfections (e.g., stray threads) unless caused by us.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email info@sklynts.com with your order number, proof of purchase (receipt or shipping label), and clear photos showing the issue.

  2. We’ll reply within 2–3 business days to confirm eligibility and share the return address.

  3. Don’t ship anything before receiving our confirmation email—we’re not responsible for lost packages sent without approval.

Return Shipping

  • You’re responsible for return postage; shipping fees aren’t refundable.

  • After shipping, please email us the carrier’s tracking number so we can monitor its arrival.

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 2 business days for us to inspect and process your refund.

  • Refunds (including original shipping) will appear on your statement within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.

  • If you have questions after that period, contact us at info@sklynts.com—we’ll respond within 2–3 business days.

Important Notes

  • This policy applies only within 30 days of delivery. After that, all sales are final.

  • We’re not liable for damage or loss in transit during returns.

  • Always confirm the return address via email before sending your package.
