How long do I have to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in the processing stage or even on its way to the shipping facility. At that point, we can’t guarantee that cancellation will be possible.

What happens if I miss the 6-hour window?
If more than 6 hours have passed since your purchase, there’s a good chance your order has already been forwarded to our warehouse. While you’re still welcome to reach out, please understand that once processing begins, changes or cancellations might no longer be possible.

How can I request a cancellation?
To cancel your order, simply email us at info@sklynts.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and the full name used at checkout to help us locate your order quickly. We’ll do our best to assist you, especially if the request is made within the allowed timeframe.
